What a year. What a year. WUT A YEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAR!
After the worldwide day of service that Keller Williams Realty calls RED Day (more about this later), it was announced during a ZOOM office meeting, that Keller Williams Palmetto is the #5 producing office in the Midlands for the Q1 of 2020.
Truth told I was more proud than surprised. I was stunned, for sure, as many of the brokerages and brands that we work along with have been in business for years, and in many cases, decades, respectively. That said, Keller Williams Palmetto officially began reporting numbers to our local MLS in April of 2019…one year. Fast forward to today, and we’re already in The Big 5 in the Columbia, SC marketplace.
Why is this happening? Among a list of other things: KW is the best training company in the world, among all industries. Coaching. Industry-leading technology. An amazing collection of interdependent stakeholders from all over the Midlands, all of whom are willing to help and share. Location. Leadership. Fun culture. The gift and opportunity of the Cap contribution model as opposed to a perpetual “split.”
So far, Keller Williams Palmetto is responsible for 263 units sold, with a healthy balance of 132 listings sold, and 131 buyer sales for 2020. Pretty awesome for a company that has only been open a year.
I’m so proud of all our REALTOR partners within KWP and what we are doing in this market, and the most exciting thing about it all is that this family of REALTORS is just getting started!
