Health/Weight Loss Habits => Tennis.

A few months ago I took on the opportunity to develop a habit to lose weight through tennis. I’ll share the habit-forming process in another blog post (The ONE Thing, GPS, 4-1-1, 66 Day Challenge), but this has been a fun and effective journey to shed a few pounds and, even further, get better at a sport I can play for a long time with family and friends.
