Tonight Amanda, her husband Paul, and I attended an annual fundraising event hosted by the Central Carolina Realtor Association. For me, this is one of the most fun events of the year put on by our local association. Realtors from all over the Midlands met at Hay Hill Garden Market (Bluff Road near Williams-Brice Stadium) to hang out in a relaxed atmosphere in casual attire to shoot the bull and laugh amongst the pros of our industry.
As many of us consume proper nourishment of food and drink, the live and silent auctions are always a big hit. Thank you, Jimmy Derrick, for the live auction action!
I usually attend this event solo, but because of fortunate scheduling, Amanda & Paul were able to attend this year so I hopped in the car for a ride. That said, we shut Hay Hill down like it was NightCaps on Devine Street. I think we left around 9:30PM HaHa.
Big thanks to CCRA and Hay Hill Garden Center for putting on another fun event, and providing a cool venue as we raise funds for RPAC. I think it was a big success and a good time was had by all.
