Columbia’s MLS Hotsheet: March 28 – April 23, 2012Given the crazy action in Columbia’s marketplace in the last few months, I’m thinking it might be wise to post a quicker than usual “HotSheet,” before the number of listings gets out of hand. Truth told, I prolly need to ramp up the rotation to more than one HotSheet per month. On that!As you’ll see, there’s a great mix of property hitting the market at all price levels. In a few days, I’ll post some big number stats, and you’ll also see that a lot of real estate is selling, too.
