Beaver Park is one of the premiere communities within this top tier country club. Features like an electronic gate, pond access, private park, and convenient proximity to the front entrance make it hard to beat.
Here’s a side note I picked up over my years in Columbia. I’m no pro, but the ponds at Woodcreek Farms are home to the biggest largemouth bass I’ve ever caught. Just so you know, I used a pumpkin seed/chartreuse tail worm (known between my brother and me as ‘a puummmmmp,’) to snag enough lunks to still remember the experience very well. It was fun.
