As most of you know I like to post The Hotsheet every other Monday. I changed it up this week for 2 reasons: 1) We introduced four listings Monday/Tuesday and wanted to include them to maximize exposure for our clients. 2) I changed the banner ad on the www.MidlandsBiz.com e-blast and wanted it to coincide with the post about the home on Eastwood in Greenbriar/Forest Acres.
This edition of The Hotsheet includes most of the recent homes to hit Columbia, SC’s real estate market within the last 14 days. The area includes 29201, 29203, 29204, 29205, 29206, and 29209, within a price range of $100,000 to $Zillion. As you’re scrolling/clicking, you’ll see that some cool houses have hit the market in the last two weeks.
The pics above aren’t on The Hotsheet (yet). I don’t know what the hold up is, but apparently the syndicated sites haven’t pulled from today’s (or yesterdays) feed from our local MLS. I’ll update it tomorrow accordingly as I obviously want to provide the ‘freshest’ data possible. That said, the homes above are on Macgregor Dr. @ Heathwood, Duncan St. @ Shandon, Walker St. @ Shandon, and Dean Hall in The Hamptons, respectively.
