Today was a fun day for The Neighborhood Company as we introduced Chelsea and Houston Goodwin to our leadership team!
A few weeks ago we partnered with Chelsea and Houston and together, we’ve created The Neighborhood University!
While Keller Williams Realty is the best training company in the world (among all industries, mind you), TheNeighborhoodU.com is our team-specific training portal and the go-to place for our sales partners and leadership staff. The videos and other curriculum is for brand new agents and experienced ones, diving deep on subjects such as best practices for buyer/seller clients, high-level DISC Personality Assessment evaluations, replacing yourself for next step career opportunities within the team and KW Market Center (office), and everything in between.
Formerly, Chelsea ran a high-level ISA (inside sales agent) team for a top producing team in Greenville, SC. Her husband, Houston, served as a listing specialist, selling 90’ish homes in one year, respectively.
This all said, Houston and Chelsea are the bombs, and I’ve told Chelsea as much. Chelsea’s experience, demeanor, and attitude are infectious and spot-on for The Neighborhood Company.
