Remember when we used to see the local “Property Transfers” in the newspaper? Not only was it a point of information and public record, but also very interesting.
If you remember, I wondered why the list never seemed to be complete, and some years ago I began posting ALL of the closed transactions per our MLS as a point of information and service to readers of this blog. Well, another Realtor tweeted the info and I got a call from our local MLS asking me to stop blogging the info.
I stopped.
Fast forward to today and I’m happy to ‘report’ the latest property transfer information from www.TheState.com .
