Change Your Habits, Change Your Life.

As we move towards a super productive 2021, I’d love to introduce everyone to The ONE Thing, and the 66 Day Challenge. One of the concepts to live by is, “People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures.”

The ONE Thing breaks this down into an action plan. That all said, when it comes to physical health, tennis has become my jam.

This won’t be a big deal to my F3 friends, marathon peeps, or CrossFitters, but today I busted over 20,000 steps and logged almost six hours on the court.

The 2ish PM number was a three-set doubles session. The 100-200 burn is me feeding balls, clinic style, to my three girls, and the 5:30 is a singles hit fest with a well-trained corner banging 22-year-old.
