“The Hamptons” neighborhood(s) continues to be one of the most consistent selling areas in downtown Columbia, SC. Many describe the neighborhood as being “behind the VA.” As a point of reference, some of of the property lines border Hammond School. The Hamptons is a popular collection of newer homes (comparatively speaking) not often seen downtown.
