I remember when the developer had the idea to transform the former Schneider School into luxe condos. I took eight checks to an office in The Vista to put down as deposits for “the vision” of GranDevine. All turned out pretty well, I’d say (even Jennifer Sparks purchased one as an investment before we were married). Some of the original owners still own their industrial NY style units.
Since then, I’d guess we’ve sold around 15 units all together over the years and everyone that has purchased has been happy.
As much as everyone loves the look and feel of the exposed ductwork and bricks, the star of this show is the location.
