What Closed On Your Street?

If you’re a regular reader of this blog and notice I don’t post the “Property Transfers” with any rhythm or regular schedule system, it’s because I don’t have one. I produce the content as I gather it from the source.

I used to wonder why the list never seemed to be complete in the actual newspaper, and some years ago thought it would be a good idea to post ALL of the closed transactions per our MLS as a point of information and service to readers of this blog. Well, another Realtor thought it was cool too, and tweeted my post. I got a call from our local MLS asking me to stop blogging the info directly to the public.

I stopped.

Fast forward to today and I’m happy to ‘report’ the latest property transfer information from www.TheState.com .

I think folks think it’s interesting and I can tell readers enjoy these posts because I receive positive comments around town. The reason for this “intro” is because I feel compelled to explain why the “Property Transfer” posts are so sporadic.

Now that I’ve put that tidbit out there, below is a list of the newest real estate sales in Richland, Lexington, and Kershaw counties as reported by The State Newspaper.  As you can see, each closing is categorized by county, then zip code.

Thank you and let us know if we can help with your real estate needs!
