Wilmot Home For Sale. Classic Shandon.

WilmotLanierDeckHeads up to Shandon lovers this classic bungalow hits the market this week! 3230 Wilmot Avenue has 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 and a half baths.

This house looks great from the street and the interior is everything you’d expect from an updated, move-in ready Shandon home. That said, the stars of this show are the location and brand new covered outdoor room.

3230 Wilmot is on a corner lot smack in the middle of one of Columbia’s most popular neighborhoods. On the corner of Wilmot and Ravenel, residents can walk, bike, or spin a golf cart to anything on Devine St., Five Points, or Rosewood. Hand Middle School is only a few blocks away.

The slick and polished new outdoor area is complete with recessed lighting, bead board ceiling, fireplace, wet bar, and mini fridge. Further still, a nice new big deck is just off the screened room.  The atmosphere is awesome for chilling out with a drink, or yelling at a TV when the Gamecocks are away from Williams-Brice.

Let us know if you’re interested to know more about this good looking Shandon home. My number is 803-447-8683 and email is fjones@cbunited.com . This house is a pleasure to show and only minutes away from anything we’re doing @ Downtown Columbia.

Thank you!

Franklin

  1. Thats’ a beautiful property. I especially like the screened in porch since so many in Shandon have been enclosed. But that asking price… WOW! That will set a new standard at 1,500 sq ft, 3 bd, 1.5 ba. May you get every penny of it and more.

A bit intrusive to request people to sign-up to take a look at the photos of your home listings. I live in NC…not aware of that practice. Sometimes people would like to take a look without the fear of being solicited…I’d hate for you to hinder the ability for this lovely home to sell for your company’s overall marketing goals.

Completely understand. I think (and hope) I provided two links to browse the home. One link goes directly to our local MLS info sheet. The other goes to a site with much bigger/dynamic pics and other community info. I just thought it would be nice to provide a couple of options. We don’t make it a practice to solicit folks that land on the site from a blog post, but understand how you couldn’t possibly know that. Thank you for the heads up! FJ
