As you may know, every other Monday (every 14 days or so) I post a HotSheet of what’s new to Columbia’s Downtown real estate market. We’ve had so much going on, however, that I’ve missed a cycle. That said, this list of Columbia’s newest listings will be larger than usual.
This edition of The Hotsheet includes the most recent homes to hit Columbia, SC’s real estate market within the last 30 days. The area includes 29201, 29204, 29205, 29206, and 29209, within a price range of $50,000 to $Zillion.
Remember, no biggie if you don’t want to ‘register’ to look deeper at a particular property. Simply type in my initials or the word “Blog” (or whatever you can think of), and shoot in a random email address in the field. Even if you don’t want to register or ‘poser register,’ you can still get a good glimpse of what’s new to the market from the ‘gallery page.’
