Sneak Peek At A Sharp Shandon Listing.

Late Wednesday afternoon 3204 Wilmot hit Downtown Columbia’s real estate market for sale.  The listing is so fresh, actually, as of 2:02AM it still hasn’t hit the Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.coms of the world.

As a side note, our family lived on Wilmot Avenue for a few years and loved Shandon, it’s charm, and the super convenient downtown living that came with it.  Need a steak?  Need a Claritin-D?  A venti iced five shot Americano?  I could have collected all of these and a haircut too in the time it takes to write this post.
