Is Opportunity Knocking On Your Door Today?

The Downtown Columbia, SC office of Keller Williams Realty is expanding and ready to take it to the next level and needs “highway talent” for new leadership positions. This particular blog post is calling for the best potential opportunity for the first Team Leader and Operations Leader “Market Center Administrator – MCA” of our rapidly growing Downtown Columbia real estate franchise.

To give you a quick synopsis of how vital these roles are for the franchise and how big of an opportunity it is for the right candidates, I have this “A’ha” I learned from when I attended KW’s MegaCamp in Austin a few weeks ago; “It’s the MCA’s responsibility to run the Market Center. It’s the Team Leader’s responsibility to grow the Market Center.” That said, we are looking for a BADA$$ “TL” and “MCA” to help build a flagship real estate office in the Midlands, and if changing people’s lives through real estate may be for you or someone you know, please email Franklin@TheNeighborhoodRE.com

This office already has an awesome culture and a fun atmosphere that focuses on providing the best possible experience for buyer and seller clients throughout the Midlands. The TL and MCA of the office will be integral parts of making this happen every day and set the tone of making sure this happens with and for our sales associates.

Things to know about Keller Williams Realty;

#1 Real Estate Company – Agent Count, #1 Real Estate Company – Units Sold in USA, #1 Real Estate Company – Volume Sold in USA, Happiest Place to Work, #1 Top Training Company – Earth, & Top 50 Top Franchise For Women.

To think, this company is just getting started.

Please note, while our real estate sales team is always looking for talent as well, this job posting is not for The Neighborhood Company (if you are interested in discussing a career in real estate with The Neighborhood Co., or perhaps interested in joining other teams, or practicing as a single agent at KW, please text 803-447-8683). This posting is to find the perfect Team Leader and Market Center Administrator to help launch the new Downtown Columbia office of the largest real estate franchise in the world.

Market Center Administrator (MCA) – Keller Williams Realty is expanding in Columbia, South Carolina and we are seeking a talented Operations Leader (Market Center Administrator – MCA) who is proficient in general ledger accounting. This person is a true servant leader, is obsessed with personal and professional growth, is a systems guru, is tech-savvy, manages the financial aspects of the company, and is looking for an UNLIMITED OPPORTUNITY to grow personally, professionally and financially. This is more COO than CFO, yet the MCA is accountable for leading and managing all financial aspects of the company. The MCA is a critical member of the Market Center leadership team who uses the systems, tools, and conversations of the Growth Initiative to collaboratively drive the Market Center to profitability through growth in market share. They lead associates to set goals, point associates to the production solutions that will enable them to achieve their goals, and then engage associates in weekly conversations to keep them on track with their goals. The MCA can be thought of as the “voice of value” in the Market Center. They use this value to both attract and retain associates, while supporting associates’ growth in production. The MCA leads the Market Center staff in designing and implementing powerful support and operational systems that empower associate businesses. They are leaders in strategic, financial decision making, ensure appropriate bookkeeping and accounting systems are accurately maintained, complete weekly soft closes, and assess Company Dollar daily. MCAs own Market Center profitability and understand that increasing revenue through growth in market share unlimits their opportunity. They support the Team Leader and associates and lead the Market Center staff. The MCA is an individual who is a rapid problem solver, who easily and quickly learns from their environment, and who appreciates an efficient work structure. They are able to think through a problem or solution in order to present it logically to others, and enjoy a variety of responsibilities in a changing environment. They are not typically demanding, strive to cultivate trust and goodwill through effective communication, and are concerned about doing what is right according to the standards. The MCA must be an independent decision maker, self-sufficient, and self-directed in their activities, while understanding their activities must be in complete alignment with the Growth Initiative, the Career Growth Initiative, and the rest of the Market Center leadership team. MCAs have a track record of success in supportive leadership roles with a background in accounting.
