As we close out 2012 with a bang, our listings that received contracts in the past week or so are setting Amanda and I up for a healthy 2013.
I always post Pending Sales with caution, as I never want to jinx anything by ‘jumping the gun.’ That said, most of the homes in the pics above have been through the inspection process, and the contracts seem pretty solid (fingers crossed).
The addresses in the pics above are a good snapshot of what’s going on in Columbia, S.C.’s real estate market. Each home is in a completely different geographic area: Heathwood, Woodcreek (Lexington), Glenbrooke (Forest Acres), Mallet Hill (Wildewood), respectively. Pending Sales on Tombee Place and Oakman Court in King’s Grant (not pictured), round out a pretty good sales board.
We’ll be placing the coveted red “Pending Contract” or “Sale Pending” sign riders on these listings within the next few days.
Could 2013 possibly rival our 2012? We’ll see, but by the looks of our sales board we’re going for it!
