Airy Hall is one of the very first cul-de-sacs developed in King’s Grant, and geographically at the very front of the neighborhood. This puts this home super close to the pool and tennis courts, and as close as one can get to the guard gate/entrance which provides ‘easy in, easy out’ convenience. Reminder: The streets in King’s Grant are alphabetical as you go around the loop – Airy, Bolen, Braddock, Castle Hall, Cotton Hope, Davant, Fenwick, Fish Haul. I may have missed one, but you get the idea.
