Here’s a heads up on a new house going up in King’s Grant. I don’t know the address, but it’s going up in the ‘Oakman West’ section of the neighborhood.
I don’t know the footage/BR/Ba situation yet as it’s not my listing. That said, we have my finger on the pulse of King’s Grant and want clients and readers to be on the front line of information.
‘Oakman’ is a very popular street in ‘the back’ of KG. The homes @ ‘Oakman West’ back up to nothing but deep woods and a creek. Why am I differentiating it from the rest of the neighborhood? The properties @ Oakman are easy living. I love this section of King’s Grant, and wish I had 50 of these to put on the market. These homes often close for more $/foot than the rest of the neighborhood.
The house will be listed in the $550K level.
