A few days ago our house was full of family helping us manage our twin baby girls. With so many personalities in one place it can be difficult to please everyone regarding entertainment, and by ‘entertainment,’ I mean what TV channel to watch. That said, for some minutes our stopping point landed on a real estate show.
One segment of this show focused on, “What are the hot colors for 2014/15.” Of course this sparked my curiosity. The end result?: Gray and mustard yellow. Gray and mustard yellow, I thought? While admittedly surprised, I watched the images flash on the screen and thought, “Ok, that actually looks pretty cool.” Having said that, I don’t know many homes sporting these hues, but OK.
Fast forward exactly one day. The next morning an email hit my inbox with lines something to the effect of, “Hey, Franklin. We may be selling our home in the near future. Here are a few photos if you would like to share with any of your clients.” BOOM! Stunned, what do I see in her attached photos? Gray and mustard yellow.
Check out the pics above. As you can see, this is a fantastic house. I was so taken aback by the timing of ‘that real estate show’ and her email, I asked the seller if I could throw a few pics on the blog.
