Some awesome REALTORS from our Market Center (KW Palmetto) and almost 50 from Columbia’s three Market Centers landed in Dallas, Texas on Friday and will be here until Tuesday afternoon learning from the best REALTORS in the world, and the #1 real estate company in the country (sales, training, tech). We’re learning how to be the best we can be for our clients, our teammates, and most of all our families.
Let me ask you this, “Are you doing your job to the best of your ability, or are you doing the job the best way it can be done?”
“If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”
Another “writer downer” that I love, “Ask yourself this question. Are you a businessman that has a family, or are you a family man that has a business?”
When Geoff Woods, VP of The ONE Thing, said this to the breakout session today, I said to the people around me, “Boom, y’all.”
The pics above were so cool to see as over 18,000 learning-based Keller Williams REALTORS are in Dallas, Texas from Thursday to Tuesday. Think of it like this. The amount of KW REALTORS that are at the “Main Stage” once a day would sell out the Colonial Life arena every morning we were there. After the main stage event of the day, we all move to the break-out sessions that most apply to our individual businesses as some teams sell 300 – 3,000 homes per year, and some REALTORS are brand new to the industry.
