My Clients Are Loving Homeowner Tax Credits
As most of us know, the $15,000 tax credit for home buyers didn’t make it into the final version of President Obama’s “Stimulus Package.” This was a little bit of a bummer, but I’m not overly worried about it as I think something good is coming down the pipe to address the nation’s housing situation.
When it comes to the package, I recognize that my friends are pretty much split down the middle. Having said that, the great majority of my friends would love to take advantage of $15,000 tax credit.
I’m not sure what sort of housing package is coming down the pipe. I do know that first time home buyers can qualify for an $8,000 credit.
