Earlier I posted that we had a quite a few listings that were about to hit the Downtown Columbia real estate market. Of course, and as usual, I like for clients and readers to know things first. Here’s the newest lineup that hasn’t hit the Zillows and/or Trulias of the world yet, or my HotSheet. 🙂
This collection of good looking Downtown homes were entered into our MLS system this morning and I can post more details later. Two of the listings above are sleek, polished, and would be considered “Best In Show” of Hampton’s Trace and Shandon, respectively, while Brentwood is an open canvas for someone to make something awesome in a solid location. Be on the lookout too for addresses and pics of some good stuff coming down the pipe…1044 Coatesdale and a house in the 2100 block of Wheat comes to mind, for example.
I can also tell you about a couple of homes (that I may or may not represent…not sure what they’re going to do) that are about to be for sale on N. King’s Grant Drive, S. King’s Grant Drive, and West Tombee Lane.
