Last week I was introduced to a new magazine coming to town. As they were pitching their product, I noticed a sleek ad of a high producing real estate team in a Southern Virginia market. To the right of the full color/double page ad read the text, “We Sell More, Because We Do More.” Of course, this got me thinking. Hmmm… Enter the pics above.
The photos above are listings we’re opening to fellow Realtors this week. Starting Monday, we’ll either be serving lunch, dessert, or holding cash drawings for Realtors that view these properties within a certain time period.
Here’s the schedule for five Agent’s Opens in three days:

Time will tell if these “Agents Open House Luncheons” will help move these homes. That said, we’re sure willing to do whatever it takes for our clients and take pride in going the extra mile.
While I doubt I’ll use the aforementioned tagline in our marketing, the phrase in the ad obviously got my attention. Special “Thank You!” to our lender partners for the time and extra effort it takes to make these functions happen.
