Friends and readers, please check out 149 Sanibel Circle in The Courts of Arcadia Neighborhood, just off of Trenholm Road!

The Courts of Arcadia is a small, luxe neighborhood that took a while to take off and gain popularity, sort of like The Preserve, Olde Park, or perhaps even King’s Grant.

KG is much larger, to be sure, but I mention it because in real estate timing is a thing, and the neighborhood’s stories are not too different. Fast forward to today, all of the neighborhoods I mentioned are now thriving with streets lined with dog walkers and healthy price points.
