I don’t know much about it yet, but I do know it’s 2,276 square feet, with a modern kitchen and big den/family room that was added to the original house. Nice!
While I don’t know many details about the home yet, I do know the neighborhood. I know it’s popular, has cool architectural residences, home to some of the best trees and tree lined streets in the Midlands, feeds into award winning schools, and is as close to Downtown Columbia as a neighborhood can be.
