Monday I heard about a shake-up that is quite a big deal within North & South Carolina’s real estate industry. Apparently, a major broker/owner sold to an even larger entity. I can’t name names, as I don’t want to risk being the point of incorrect information, but if I have the scoop, it’s a multi-million dollar deal, and a national game changer.
Will this news make a difference in the day to day operations of South Carolina’s real estate marketplace? Probably not. That said, it’s big industry news and I def hope my fellow Realtor friends are happy!
