As you can tell from the street number and photo, this house is smack in the middle of the neighborhood and loaded with classic Shandon charm.
You may recognize ‘Wilmot’ from posts of years past. This will be the third time we’ve ‘turned’ (or blogged about) this home. The first closing was one of the first true ‘trade’ transactions of my career.
