In case you haven’t noticed there’s a shortage of inventory for sale in King’s Grant. That said, a new listing hit the market today on one of the neighborhood’s most popular streets.

That didn’t take long.” My response, “Man, you know how I operate in KG.” Amanda and I were the first to preview it this afternoon.
