2012 gets better and better! The photo above is our rank within the entire Coldwell Banker franchise system for South Carolina, the “Region,” and North America. As some of you recognize from one of the rotating ‘slider’s’ at the top of this website, the numbers reflect our position in four categories; Adjusted Gross Production, Total Units Sold, Listing Units Sold, and Selling Units Sold (Buyer sides).  To be in the Top 50 in the U.S. and Canada in all categories is mindblowing, to say the least.

By the looks of the chart, we’re set to receive a designation of “International President’s Premier Team.” The minimum requirements for this level are: $1,115,000 Gross Team Production (to the company, that is), OR 190 Total Units Sold.  If you’re a reader of this blog you’re aware of how we achieved one of these benchmarks (190+ closings). I can’t think of any individual, team, or otherwise within any other national franchise or local re-sale real estate sales company that can tout this production category.

Humbly typing, this is the third year in a row I’ve perked to the top of our local CMLS rankings. While team stats aren’t officially calculated by our local board, Amanda and I are once again euphoric about our year. BTW, the stats typed above don’t include our/Amanda’s Fannie Mae buyer’s agent’s production. #MoreVolumeWoot

This blog is public and therefore I have no idea who’s reading. That said, I want to give a blanket shout out and “T-H-A-N-K   Y-O-U!!!!!!!!” to every loyal friend, client, referral source, reader, and/or otherwise that made 2012 such a flagship year for our team.
